Pricing
Sensory, Guided Presentation (recommended)
Up to 12 participants, $300
This format allows for meaningful participation, discussion and individual engagement. It is designed to create a highly sensory, guided experience where participants can ask questions, reflect, and actively contribute.
Fishbowl Experience (extended audience experience)
13-24 participants, $600
For larger audiences, we offer a modified “Fishbowl” format that maintains a guided experience while accommodating more participants. This structure uses guided discussion with rotating participation so the larger group can observe and engage. Because these formats require additional facilitation, energy, and coordination, the rate reflects the expanded audience size.
Please note: Travel expenses may be incurred for locations outside the seven county metro area.

Booking Process
1. Submit the booking request form
2. We confirm availability within 1-2 business days
3. A Presentation Agreement is emailed for signature
4. Payment is accepted by check
5. Your date is confirmed once the signed agreement is received
6. Payment is due 15 days prior to the program
7. Cancellation policy:
60+ days: full refund
Less than 60 days: 50% refund
8. Each presentation is 50-60 minutes
9. Pricing is per session
